He received his training at leading medical institutions in both India and the USA, for his Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
Dr. Danve is passionate about solving complex medical puzzles and values long-standing, meaningful relationships with his patients. He has cutting-edge expertise in axial spondyloarthritis (ankylosing spondylitis), psoriatic arthritis, and gout.

- A detailed review of your medical records and test results prior to the appointment (up to 1 hour)
- Comprehensive virtual consultation with Dr. Danve (1 hour)
- Guidance about next steps including ordering of the lab & imaging tests as deemed necessary.
- Development of detailed and personalized treatment plan
- Prescribing medications as necessary
- Follow up visit to discuss the lab and imaging results (within 30 days)
- Communication and care coordination with other physicians as appropriate.
Focused Initial Consultation / Second Opinion - $525
- A detailed review of your medical records and test results prior to the appointment (up to 1 hour)
- Comprehensive virtual consultation with Dr. Danve (1 hour)
- Guidance on next steps including ordering of additional lab & imaging tests as deemed necessary.
- Development of detailed and personalized treatment plan
- Prescribing medications as necessary
- Communication and care coordination with other physicians as appropriate.
Follow up Appointment - $275
- One on one follow-up appointment with Dr. Danve after an initial consultation (30 – 45 minutes)
- Subsequent ordering and monitoring of labs, imaging, and other testing as necessary.

- Communication and care coordination with other physicians as appropriate.
The Patient is responsible for all fees associated with any medications, products, laboratory testing , imaging, specimen analysis, etc., related to the above Services.

No. Axis Rheum does not bill insurance for visits. You can use HSA/FSA. You will get a superbill that you can use to get reimbursed from the insurance company.
Yes. Medications are prescribed when clinically appropriate and in accordance with regulations.
We understand that unexpected changes happen. If you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, we are happy to accommodate. A $75 fee applies for missed appointments without notice.
Yes. Patients at different stages of diagnosis may benefit from structured specialty guidance.
