Billing and Payments

No. Axis Rheum does not bill insurance for visits. You can use HSA/FSA. You will get a superbill that you can use to get reimbursed from the insurance company.

Insurance coverage may apply to labs, imaging, medications, or hospital services, depending on your plan.

We are happy to see Medicare patients, but unfortunately, Medicare will not allow for reimbursement for out-of-network services and therefore, you are responsible for the full cost of your care.

Many patients are able to use HSA or FSA funds. Patients should confirm eligibility with their plan administrator.
